1950s MCM Herbert Krenchel Krenit Bowl

$65.00

The Danish Modern 'Krenit' bowl was designed in the 1950s by Herbert Krenchel. It is a celebration of simplicity and pure expression, as evidenced in the clean planes, sharp edges, and bold use of color. Crafted from steel, and colored black on the exterior with bright blue on the interior, the bowl retains the same distinct classic yet contemporary expression as it did when it was first introduced in 1953. Equally suited to accommodating snacks as it is for purely decorative purposes. 'Krenit' collectors can present this little gem alongside other bowls from their collection in varying sizes for a mesmerizing effect! Now reproduced by Design Company Normann Copenhagen.
